add. I brought up a concern about developing the Radius-to-Fix (RF) versions first, then trying to design the TF version since its always been the desire to end RF designs at the FAF and the TF designs will require a straight segment between the last turn fix and the PFAF. Discussion centered on the fact that if we are going into an airport to design concurrent operations, then it is a given that the RF must end prior to the FAF, but uncertain if that is criteria or design practice. A note will be added in the report to explain. Our fourth quarter face-to-face meeting will be held Nov. 5-7 at the Delta Training facility in Atlanta. Metroplex (Denver) - We participated in a telcon concerning expected runway assignments being issued by ZDV and also reviewing waivers for speed restrictions below the authorized criteria contained within FAAO 8260.58. ICAO Flight Plan and Aircraft Filing - We participated in a telcon regarding our concern about the lack of appropriate Performance Based Navigation (PBN) Navigational Specification Codes being available within ERAM to support and assign the various types of PBN procedures. It was determined during our call that additional codes are needed, so the information has been forwarded to AJV-7 to set requirements. AJV-14 - We participated on a telcon regarding the reorganizational status of AJV-14. Boston Procedures - We participated in a telcon with the Eastern service Center OSP co-leads concerning procedural designs requiring the need for waiver approvals concerning departures using Runway 15R as well as a Required Navigation Performance (RNP) Authorization Required (AR) and RNP approaches for Runway 33L. The Co-Leads will take what was discussed and present it to the facilities for consideration. TIME BASED FLOW MANAGEMENT/TERMINAL SEQUENCING AND SPACING(TBFM/TSAS) Matt Gammon (ZID) is the Article 114 Rep for TBFM/TSAS. His report is below: During the week of Sept. 2, Ops team members traveled to ZOB and PIT for Early Departure Scheduling PIT to PHL. The functionality of the early departure scheduling with IDAC was verified. The ability of IDAC to support early departure scheduling is in support of a Northeast Corridor milestone. In addition to EDS, the multi-IDST worked with early scheduling. This means that more than one IDST departure scheduler can be used in the tower and they will mirror each other correctly, even if scheduling up to 60 minutes from the current time (which is the max allowed in adaptation). The team plans to update the delta brief slides with correct information for TBFM release 4.8.4. During the same week, there was an Enhancement 2 (formerly known as Work package 4) meeting in Washington to go over requirements, which Ops team members attended. The week before, they traveled to ZDV to look at how the TMU uses a support string
