issues with the DCPs although we presented some clarifying questions to capture intent. The DCPs will be in the Jan. 30 update to the .65 and .3. Space Data Integrator (SDI): Now that SDI is moving forward toward operational deployment in the JSpOG, meetings for this group will be on a monthly basis instead of weekly. A meeting with operational personnel took place on Oct. 2 at the Command Center, a presentation by Volpe introduced enhancement possibilities such as five- second updates on estimated vehicle position/speed based on FAA's In lieu of 60- second updates associated with a vehicle position icon. The BUEs present, who would be using the SDI, heavily favored this modification. The monthly SDI meeting was held on Oct. 9. An Architectural Review Board (ARB) was tentatively scheduled for the end of October. An SRMP will convene from Nov. 5-7 and I will be the NATCA representative on this panel. The next SDI update to the JRC will be in February 2020. SDI presenting to ERAW: We will be presenting to the En Route Automation Workgroup on the current state and future needs of the Space Data Integrator (SDI) and the long- term goal of generating real-time launch and reentry hazard areas on a controller's radar display. We will also be discussing the feasibility of deploying the PVD-draw function in ERAM as an interim method of reducing controller workload and distraction. That meeting is occurred for Oct. 30. Commercial Space at CFS: This year at CFS, Commercial Space was an increasingly familiar term. We had a booth in the main exhibition hall, although it was labeled as "JSpOG", so there was some confusion as to what we actually were representing. I presented a broad overview of Commercial Space activities/operations at Tech Talks, before the start of CFS, which drew good attendance and sparked good discussions. On Tuesday, we had Jim Kuzma of Space Florida and Kevin Hatton of ACTA, Inc. present in the main convention hall, discussing Commercial Space integration issues and the future of NAS operations. In another panel with Paul Rinaldi and FAA Administrator Steve Dickson, commercial space was also a topic of conversation. All-in- all, I believe the commercial space presence at this year's CFS made an impact on the attendees, that launch and reentry operations will be spreading rapidly throughout the NAS and we all need to be prepared for it. ENTERPRISE-INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM (E-IDS) Amanda Richardson (ZOA) is the Article 114 Rep for E-IDS work. Her report is below: Background (provided for anyone unfamiliar with E-IDS): The Enterprise Information Display System (E-IDS) project aims to replace all existing IDSs in the NAS, providing the Agency with one enterprise solution across facility types. While some customization is necessary and should be available, one system will reduce overall costs for upkeep and training and resolve the upcoming end-of-life issues we have with our current IDSs in the field (IDS-4, ERIDS, etc.). Current domains without an IDS will also be addressed (Oceanic, Alaska FSS, etc.). The project is working through the vendor bid process, with
