I have delivered the COO Weekly Message to you in email format, and posted on our website, every week since 2014. While I still plan to do that some weeks, I would also like to change it up and do updates that are delivered in a variety of formats. One method could be to communicate with you through social media. I've done a few Instagram postings, and I like that format when I'm communicating information that is appropriate for reaching both internal and external audiences. I have also considered posting occasionally on LinkedIn, the social media platform for business connections. A number of ATO employees have connected to me on LinkedIn, so I know many of you use it. I would also like to film occasional videos with other ATO participants, or while I'm in the field, and we could post those on our FAA YouTube channel. Our colleagues in FAA Communications have also invited us to participate in a new podcast format as well. What I'd like to hear from you is the communication vehicles that you like and think would be a constructive and respectful platform for sharing information about the Air Traffic Organization. Would you take the time to listen to a short podcast or video? Do you follow FAA feeds on social media? Is the weekly message by email and posted in FocusFAA still the best way to reach you? I hope you'll take the time to leave a comment below and share your ideas about platforms and topics too. Communication is a necessary ingredient to all high- functioning organizations, so I remain committed to providing information and updates. Thanks for being a loyal reader, and I look forward to your ideas! Thanks everyone, Teri L. Bristol ATO Chief Operating Officer
