were identified by the panel during this meeting. The facilitator will complete the documentation for panel review and any additions or changes will be worked through in December/January. A final safety document is scheduled to be published in late January/early February. The SME Working Group meetings continued throughout October. The next meeting occurred in November and focused on NATCA Use Cases and the initial Data Administration (DA) work. The DAs will provide their current subject matter expertise with the legacy IDs to help identify best practices for the future E-IDS DAs to use in the field. The early November meeting was canceled to support the SRM Panel. In conjunction with the Implementation Team, I continue to work with AJT on the Phase Two site list and waterfall schedule. E-IDS team members at HQ are currently working through the Acquisitions process to determine which vendor is awarded the E-IDS contract. The contract award is expected in mid- 2020. Due to the sensitive nature of this phase of the project, very limited updates are available for dissemination. Upcoming activities: • Weekly/bi-weekly Program Status and Systems Engineering telcons (ongoing). • E-IDS Working Group meetings (ongoing; formerly HF, ITT sessions). • Bi-weekly Risk Board telcons (ongoing). • Weekly check-in with Program Manager (ongoing). • E-IDS Weather Working Group telcons (ongoing). • Meetings with other programs to discuss potential overlaps and impacts are occurring as needed. FLIGHT DATA INPUT OUTPUT (FDIO) Corey Soignet (IAH) is the FDIO Article 114 Rep. Also included in Mr. Soignet's duties is Article 114 representation for the Electronic Flight Strip Transfer System (EFSTS). His reports are below: FDIO - The FDIO Printers from BOCA have shipped to the FDIO facilities and should already be in use. The feedback I have been receiving continues to be mostly positive. With any new piece of equipment, the sound difference in the new cutter is what is most mentioned, along with the font. A few facilities, LAX in particular, have pointed out unique problems that the FDIO team is working on finding the route cause. EFSTS - There is nothing to update at this time. FIDI - There is nothing to update at this time. FDIO will begin to develop a new remote terminal in support of TFDM. INTEGRATED DISPLAY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT (IDS-R) Richie Smith (N90) leads NATCA's efforts on the IDS-R project as the Article 114 Rep. His report is below: All 41 NIDS networks have been upgraded to the latest software build (V3.6.4) and of the two patches released, only one has not installed the Find A Fix update, and eleven need to install the PDF lock up fix. The next build is being compiled for intermediate testing with the final testing so far scheduled for spring of 2020.
