On Dec. 12, NATCA requested a briefing on the Emergency Autoland (EAL) Initial
Turns Procedure. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency to our
request.

On Nov. 21, NATCA requested a briefing on the Full Deployment of ERAM TR2. We
have an extension on proposals for 14 days from the date of the briefing. We are
currently waiting for a response from the Agency to our request.

13. We are discussing internally the next steps to take regarding this matter.
