A return to CARTS is a nuclear option that would be very difficult and unpleasant for our SCT controllers. o Plann ing continues for Atlanta TRACON (A80) IOC event on October 21. A80 has been one of our most challenging sites from a scheduling standpoint. There is a small window of opportunity where extremely short staffing, weather, and other planned projects give us a chance to complete the STARS transition.
