1% LUMP SUM BONUS MOU
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERS TANDING
BETWEEN THE
NATIONAL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS ASSOCIAT ION
AND THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADM INISTRATION
This Agreement is made between the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, ("NATCA" or
"the Union") and the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA" or "the Agency"), collectively
known as "the Parties." This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the
Parties at the na tional level concerning the lump sum payment associated with the
implementation of the Parties' 2016 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Section 1. Each employee shall receive a lump sum payment equal to one percent (1%) of his/her
Base Pay effectiv e the first full pay period of August 2016.
Section 2. This agreement shall expire upon satisfying the condition of Section 1.
