PREAMBLE
It is the intent and purpose of the Parties hereto to promote and improve the efficient
administration of the Federal Service and the well being of Employees within the meaning of
Title VII, P.L. 95 - 454, establish a basic understanding relative to personnel policies, prac tices
and procedures, and matters affecting other conditions of employment and to provide means for
amicable discussion and adjustment of matters of mutual interest at the Marine Corps Air
Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina.
Employees covered by this A greement shall have the full protection of all rights to which they
are entitled by the Constitution of the United States.
Now, therefore, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
