During this holiday season, many o f us will have a chance to see family and friends, while reaffirming some of our most noble values like peace, love, joy and goodwill to others. As we go to parties, prepare meals, and give gifts, we ' re reminded that these values are not just seasonal. The y ' re enduring ones to be honored throughout the year. In the ATO, we believe in core values like air traffic safety and efficiency, professionalism, camarade rie, and collaboration. We value our people, and we ' ve reaffirmed that this past year with the RES PECT campaign, our promotion of diversity and inclusion, the NAS First People Always awards, Continuous Leadership Development, and in many other ways. Our future success depends on our continued support of one another. Let ' s keep that up! I want to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication throughout the past year. I also want to thank those who will be working on the holidays. Because of you, the traveling public will get where they need to go, safely and efficiently. I look forward to working w ith you in 2017. Until then, have safe and happy holidays! Thanks everyone! Teri Teri L. Bristol ATO Chief Operating Officer
