NATCA PREVAILS AT ARBITRATION FOR FCT EMPLOYEE REMOVED BY RVA
On Jan. 2, 2017, the Arbitrator issued an Opinion and Award overturning the remo val of
an RVA em ployee at FMY. The Arbitrator credited the testimony of NATCA's witnesses
ove r the testimony of management. The removal was r educed to a 10 - day suspension.
The employee will be reinstated and made whole for lost wages.
