LABOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT PIV "CARD - OUT" PROCEDURE TO EXIT FAA HEADQUARTERS Effective April 3, 2017, DOT will require employees at FAA Headquarters (Buildings 10A and 10B) to use their PIV card to exit the building. The current "card out" procedure only a pplies between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays, and on weekends .
