To be successful, collaboration requires u s all to communicate openly, which CFS gives us an opportunity to do. PRESS CLIP OF THE WEEK CNN HLN NETWORK : Interview with Atlanta TRACON member Mason Braddock and Georgia pilot Cathy Lewan about the dramatic flight assist that took place near ATL last year. Braddock, and fellow A80 members Patrick Burrows, Nichole Surun is, Clay Sutton, and Keith Tyus were honored for the assist with the Southern Region Archie League Medal of Safety Award on March 22 at CFS . MEMBER FOCUS OF THE WEEK Jessica Earp ( Anchorage Center ) Earp, the Alaskan Region Archie League Medal of Safety Award winner, delivered acceptance remarks at our banquet last week that left us feeling proud and inspired! Please watch this video , as Jessica talks about the passion for aviation that her father, a pilot, instilled in her. That led to her pursuing a career as an air traffic controller. She also talked about her moth er, who passed away a year and a half ago from cancer. " She showed m e that a woman can do anything," Earp said. " A woman can do anything, even in a field that ' s dominated by men ." VIDEO OF THE WEEK: The 13th annual Archie League Medal of Safety Awards at Bally ' s Las Vegas to close #NATCACFS 2017 on March 22 thrilled and inspired us, and brought out a range of emotions. A RCHIE LEAGUE MEDAL OF SAFETY AWARDS NATCA honor ed the 13 th annual Archie League Medal of Safety Award winners on Wednesday, March 22, at our awards banquet at CFS. Currently, the highlight videos of each of the 10 winning flight assist events are up on the YouTube play list.
