them could be deployed in other TRACONs and AJI - 2 has decided that the HP office will take them to another medium sized facility to validate them. We may then work on a set for towers only, but a validation and efficacy evaluation needs to be done first. Safety Culture Assessment : I participated in Ar t 7 briefings with the Agency ETR and NATCA LR shop on this. We will be piloting this at TPA starting in July. The assessment consists of an online anonymous survey that will collect safety culture related data. The HP team will then use that data to ident ify discussion items. We will then conduct a series of safety culture workshops in the facility to raise safety awareness and better teamwork. This is just a pilot at this time, but if successful may be deployed much further. AT Bas ics: We have received s upport to rewrite some academy lessons from a HP perspective. Our plan is to have a full day early in the course that will cover all the elements of the HP office , n amely Human Factors, Health & Wellness , and Fatigue. We feel there is information and strat egies that new students could benefit from that will help them be more successful in studying and passing the course. We are also completing an ATC survival guide that will be given to each student upon graduation. We will be doing a workshop at the end as well to provide coaching to students on what to expect upon reporting to their new facility and how that will differ extensively from the Academy. We hope to have this in place at the Academy by the beginning of the next fiscal year. This will be an incre dible resource drain on the office, as we desire to have this material delivered by someone with a science background. Discussions are ongoing as to how best accomplish that. Investigation Training: Jason and I will be working with the investigators in AJ I and provide them HF training and how to integrate it into their investigations. We also will be assisting them with asking HF related question during SRTs. Our goal is to embed HF analysis into the investigation process in an attempt to discover addition al taxonomies that often get overlooked or never asked about that can contribute to increased latent risk in the system. TTCAT: Not sure what the acronym stands for. This was the underperforming facilities group from a year ago. It is another collaborati ve workgroup that Tom and I are on which is looking at facilities with longer than normal time to certify numbers as well as high failure rates. This group will be doing a number of activities to evaluate and identify what if anything can be done to help t hese 30 or so facilities get healthier from a training perspective. ATO - COE: Center of Excellence activities have focused on getting approvals for surveys of employees and interviews that make take place for some of the 22 different COE projects. Teamwo rk Resource Management (TRM) : W e have had a few requests from field facilities that are having teamwork issues. We are actively trying to secure a location to demo this workshop ASAP . I still have an IOU to the NEB to brief on this class. Health & Wel lness Stress E ducation : W e are working on a stress module that will be deployed in the next round of recurrent training. This material will also be incorporated into our AT - Basics materials that will be deployed.
