HELPING OUR MEMBERS AFFECTED BY HURRICANES
This Saturday, Sept. 23, a team of 25 NATCA members will converge at Washington
Dulles International Airport to pull a 164,000+ pound airplane for charity at the Dulles
Plane Pull . The NA TCA team will attempt this monumental task because together we
can do amazing things. As our team uses physical strength to move an 82 - ton hunk of
metal, join us in supporting the incredible, enduring strength of our brothers and sisters
impacted by the re lentless hurricanes in the Southern and Southwestern regions by
giving to the NATCA Disaster Relief fund.

NATCA IS FIGHTING TO PROTECT MEMBERS' RETIREMENT BENEFITS
Nearly one - third of our fully certified controllers are currently eligible to retire - and
they're likely to retire earlier than anticipated in order to avoid harmful cuts to retirement
bene fits, such as those proposed in the House Bu dget Resolution . The exodus of retiring
controllers would be detrimental to the National Airspace System (NAS) .
