Expecting the Unexpected
H i everyone,
We run a complex system th at requires constant monitoring, continual maintenance and
the services of 36,000+ people at locations across the better half of the Western
Hemisphere. The NAS doesn't come with an on/ off switch. It's always on, all the time,
24/7/365.
Because of the di ligence, vigilance and intelligence of the men and women of the ATO,
we rarely experience ATC - 0 events. However, we know regardless of our efforts to
