both manned and unmanned aircraft pilots eager to contribute their expertise in responding to the disasters. There are countless other ATO employees who deserve to be recognized for their efforts during and after Hurricanes Harvey, Irma , and now with Maria. We know today that the entire island of Puerto Rico is without power, and our thoughts and prayers are with our employees and their families. It's going to be a while before commercial operations return to 100%, but I'm confident in the abiliti es and resourcefulness of our employees to get relief and rescue flights going as soon as possible. For more amazing stories about ATO employees going above and beyond in service to our mission and their communities, read these Harvey Stories , a description of what it's like on the ground in St. Thomas from the Technical Operations Puerto Rico Group , Flight Program Operations on the front lines, and information regarding our efforts to move and staff mobile towers in hard hit areas. The need is great, and the time is now to lend a hand. Visit the Hurricane Resources page on MyFAA to learn more about the Emergency Leave Bank , the FEMA / DHS Surge Capacity Force or other ways to get involved in this national relief and recovery effort. Thank you for everythin g you do, every day, to put the NAS First, and People Always. Thanks everyone! Teri L. Bristol ATO Chief Operating Officer
