(TIM) with key stakeholders. Users reviewed STARS Enhancements 2 thin specs STR 29539, Intra and Interfacility Messaging with Dynamic Spacing; STR 29525, Altitude Amendment; and STR 29538, Airspace Transfer. All SE2 thin specs have received stakeholder concurrences. System Technical Reports Working Group (STRWG) - Stakeholders reviewed proposed software modifications to STARS STR 29824, In trail distance. It should be available for ghost targets in ATPA processing volumes. Raytheon is updating this thin spec based on NATCA AT and AJV comments, STR 28955 FAAst2570: Add 7 Char OTP/VFR Assigned/Requested Altitude – there were no concerns. Stakeholders are still reviewing the thin spec. FAAst13446: CA Pair inhibit entries for track in conflict. We just received the last remaining stakeholder concurrence on the updated IE and this is now completed. Program Trouble Reports Working Group (PTRWG) • We reviewed eight items on the Watch List, three of which will be closed. FAAst08531 (Brightness adjustment should not turn off the Full data block FDB) has been corrected by FAAst12016 and observed in S6.R9 D3. The SATWG has recommended that FAAst12270, Backing Out Effects of an Erroneous Prior Correlation, be closed. FAAst14467, Taking Sensors Offline Intermittent, and its associated R9 DR #67 will be closed as it is not re-creatable. For various reasons, the other five PTRs reviewed will remain on the Watch List. • Site Rule Conversion PTRs: Three of these PTRs were previously ranked at 239- 231, and three new PTRs were recently opened. These six were grouped together beginning around rank 104 with the intention of beginning work in the STRWG. • The number one ranked PTR, FAAst14471, False emergency 7700 SPC codes from DOD, will be moved to the Watch List for three months. This PTR was initially ranked during the May PTRWG. There was a quick fix implemented in S6.R8 under FAAst14507, Enable Allow SPCs option for Surface Tracking Filters, and the results of the fix in the field should be evaluated to see what should be done with FAAst14471. • Two of the four PTRs that were submitted with a Requested Priority II will need further information before being ranked: FAAst14530, UAT ADSB Mode code issues, and FAAst13946, Manual Save Crash not capturing CGW logs correctly. • The next PTRWG meeting happened Sept. 12. Pre-Change Control Board (Pre-CCB) - Future STARS sites were brought forward for potential Change Control Board (CCB) changes and the benefits and impacts were discussed with all stakeholders. Changes that have general stakeholder consensus will be submitted to the TAMR CCB for final management approval. Software Planning Board (SPB) - Stakeholders continue to work changes in the software release schedules contents package list for S6.00R10: • Two PTRs are being moved out of R10 into archives:
