NATCA received the majority of those ballots with 11 votes to PASS's 4 and AFSCME's 3. These additional ballots brought NATCA' s final total votes to 306, with PASS receiving 128 and AFSCME receiving 164. The "No Union" option received 41 votes, and 21 ballots remain challenged and unopened. Even though NATCA received the most votes, a runoff election between NATCA and AFSCME i s required, because neither received an absolute majority among all ballots cast. NATCA is working closely with the FLRA and the other parties to set the details and dates for the upcoming runoff election, and we will provide updates as soon as informatio n becomes available. FLIGHT SERVICE NAS INITIATIVES On October 26, 2015, NATCA received a briefing on recent developments in the Flight Service NAS Initiatives Project (FSNI). A NATCA/FAA workgroup has been collaborating to resolve the issues related to the Agency's efforts to discontinue certain services currently provided by Lockheed Martin F light Service Stations (LMFSS).
