immediate and long - term IT needs. It incorporates by reference FAA and AIR inform ation technology governance. The Agility Order will create a partnership with AIT with the idea that leveraging AIR will revive AIT. The Order establishes three tiers: Local Applications, National Applications, and Enterprise IT. NATCA would like a seat on the AIR IT Governance Board, which is as of now not defined. Scott Odle will work with the Agency regarding NATC A's participation on the Board. POCs: NATCA AIR National Representative Scott Odle, James Lee, and Labor Relations Attorney Suzanne DeFelice. BRIEFING REQUESTS On Sept. 11, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on CASTLE Information for Hurricane Harvey and Irma and Aftermath, Policy Bulletin #98 Emergency Leave Bank Expansion of ELTP. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regardi ng our request. POCs: Labor Relations Attorney Grant Mulkey and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson. On Sept. 8, 2017, NATCA requested a briefing on Electronic Training Devices. We are currently waiting for a response from the Agency regarding our request. POCs: Assistant Director of Labor Relations Nicole Vitale and Labor Relations Coordinator Kendal Manson. SURVEYS NATCA recommends participation in the OneAFN Web Conference Survey.
