Q : " I've reached the member login page. What do I enter?"
A : Use your NATCA Portal username and password. Do not use the username
and password you used to access the old members website. That no longer works.
Once you log in to the new members section using your NATCA Portal credentials, you
can choose "Remember me" and your browser will save it for ensuing visits.
Q : "I've not yet been to the NATCA Portal. How do I get there to obtain my
website login credentials?"
A: Click or go here: https://portal.natca.net/ . You can quickly and easily register
for the NATCA Portal and create the credentials you'll need to access the new members
section of natca.org. Use this URL or click: https://portal.natca.net/Register. aspx . You
will need your membership number. Don't know it? Click here:

Q : " What happened to the swap list?"
A : The swap list is down for the next couple of months. We plan to redesign and
improve the swap list upon its return, which will likely be in early February.

NEWS AND NOTES FROM THE PUBLIC AFFAIRS SHOP:
We continue to field media requests asking about the year ahead in aviation
policy issues, particularly on the funding issue and FAA Reauthorization. The
latest one came in from Stephanie Beasley of Bloomberg BNA. We prepared
these talking points, for use by EVP Trish Gilbert in her interview with Stephanie
on Jan. 7:
1. NATCA wants to see a bill that achieves stable funding. The current
funding system is unacceptable. Stable funding would fix many, if not all
our problems.
2. The stop and start, kick - the - can app roach to government funding that has
dominated the last several years has tied the FAA's hands in many ways.
