The main backbone behind the n ew program was to be 3900.19c. o The OSHA Committee has bee n reviewing the Draft document and will submit our questions to the agency by Friday Feb 19, 2016. o POC: Mike Odryna, Dominic Petrelli • Weekly Meetings: o Continuing weekly meeting with Kathleen Edic (AJW - 23 - A) EOSH Services. • Special National OSHECCOM Meeting: o Mike Odryna, Dominic Petrelli , and Larry Trottini attended a special National OSHECCOM meeting during the week of Feb 1. The agenda for the meeting was to formulate a plan to change the way we do business at our semi - annual meetings. o POC: Mike Odryna, D om inic Petrelli, Larry Trottini • Met with Austin Aurandt AJW - 1 (A): o Nicole Vitale and Mike Odryna met with Austin Aurandt to discuss resumption of the EO SH Council and NOCC reporting. Austin supports the EOSH Council and agreed to work towards resumption of t he EOSH Council meetings. Austin will also work on adding all of the O ASH Committee Regional Reps. to the NOCC Page list. o POC: Mike Odryna, Nicole Vitale • Committee Membership: o We still have vacancies in both the Southwest and Great Lakes Regions. o POC: Mike Odryna • Reprisal Order has been signed: o The Reprisal Order Policy has been signed. NATCA LR has requested a briefing on the implementation. Should you have any i ssues that you feel should be addressed by the National OSHECCOM, please contact your Regional NATCA OS HA Representative. o POC: Mike O dryna, D ominic Petrelli, Larry Trottini • Eastern Service Area SECM/BU/QCG joint meeting: o Mike Odryna, CJ Jaques, Andy Lewis , and Dominic Petrelli attended a joint SECM, Bargaining Unit and QCG Inspector meeting in Atlanta. Numerous topics were discussed rel ating to continuit y in WIT inspection reporting. Prior notification of inspection was also discussed. The group will work towards ensuring all parties are informed of inspections 30 days prior to the scheduled date. o POC: Mike Odry na, Dominic Petrelli, CJ J aques • PAD program: o We are still working on funding for faci lities with 10 or more people. Currently it is only funded f or facilities with 50 or more.
